Digital Customer Interfaces (DCI) strives to offer the #1 digital customer experience! In close collaboration with our stakeholders, we provide a consistent and seamless customer web and digital content experience with B2C-like self-service and personalized capabilities; we mange Digital G2M projects effectively and efficiently; we execute multi-channel digital marketing lead generation and ongoing nurturing of prospect throughout the customer journey, and we define and deploy standardized data, reporting and advanced analytics for data-driven decision making and to increase profitable growth.

We have four teams who provide their functional expertise and innovative team spirit to drive us towards our goals:

Analytics, a relatively new team at Infineon, offers services which include Reporting and Insights (Dashboards, Ad-hoc Analysis and Performance Management, Account Blue Book Strategic Planning Support); Advanced Analytics and Data Science (Insights and KPI Monitoring, Design Experimentation, Growth Strategies; blockers identification); and ​Data Products (Personalization Engines, Decision Engines, Virtual Assistants, Automation to Scale.)​

Digital Content & Projects helps ensure a harmonized content approach throughout Infineon. This is important in order to provide a holistic, consistent content experience to our customers. In addition to that, we also ensure effective and efficient project management for selected digital G2M and Sales and Marketing projects.

Engagement Marketing consists of four sub teams, Campaign Strategy, Channel Marketing, Digital Channel Strategy and Lead Management. Collectively, the team partners with internal customers to execute “Engagement Marketing,” lead generation & lead nurturing, via ​marketing journeys/campaigns. In these journey/campaigns, the team provides contacts with personalized content on the right channel & time, and eventually yield MQLs, or self-service contributions.

Web Products leads the global digital experience across the digital customer interfaces to define, enable and operate Infineon’s web, developer community, software & tools provisioning, and shared web services. That way, the team Web Product team ensures a #1 digital experience for customers by building the happy paths, and for Infineon to reach more, engage more and convert more users across their journeys.

Only formed in late 2022, the entire DCI team is excited to offer the #1 digital customer experience and help make Digital Go-to-Market (G2M) cool at Infineon!

Arul's strengths in adaptability and problem-solving are instrumental in enhancing the customer experience. Diana joined Infineon at El Segundo in the US in November 2020. Since December 2022, she has been the strategic right hand (Chief of Staff) to the global SVP of Digital Customer Interfaces (DCI), serving as thought partner and advisor, as well as providing planning, communications and execution support.

Infineon truly cares about its employees and their development, about the environment, and about driving digital transformation. Being with a company that focuses on its people while also pursuing a larger purpose that aligns with my own values feels simply amazing! 

I own content, strategy, and agendas for senior team meetings and leadership offsites; I also draft communications for the head of DCI (decks, emails, blog posts), support DCI leadership in building strong relationships across the organization to align on and pursue a shared vision, and help the head of DCI drive strategic business initiatives from development to execution. In addition, project management and creative problem-solving are part of my daily tasks and I act as the connective tissue of the DCI team (go-to person for questions, connector of people across functions, trusted advisor, and confidante, etc.).

I prepare PowerPoint decks for executive meetings, agendas for multi-day workshops and staff meetings alike, prep and follow up documentation and instructions, create Miro boards, draw up communications plans, execute communication initiatives leveraging different channels, and maintain up-to-date lists of action items.

My highlights include hitting critical milestones on key activities and projects and bringing stakeholders on board with the digital G2M vision we are sharing with them. On a day-to-day basis, I enjoy running efficient meetings and staying one or two steps ahead of the head of DCI to provide him with the materials and details he needs.

There’s just never enough time in the day to get all the tasks done that I set out to do.

I’m very proud of a peer-to-peer learning program that I – along with two colleagues – have been involved in creating. This program benefits our administrative support team community in the Americas region. It looks at the most pressing learning needs within our community of assistants. Since each assistant has special skills in relation to tools or software, we find the right expert for a need in the group, and this expert then trains the other admins in a one-hour virtual session. We have been running this program for a year and received positive feedback from our administrative team members.

Leading my team is exhilarating- I'm excited to solve problems and enhance Customer Excellence. Empowering others, I create a harmonious synergy of growth and success, ensuring every document reflects excellence.

  3. Enhance customer experience by ensuring accuracy, usability, and reader friendliness of content

The quality of our technical documents reflects the result of my work. My team takes pride in consistently producing documentation that is accurate, well-structured, easy to use, and comprehensive. Our commitment to accuracy ensures that the information provided is reliable and precise. The documentation is thoughtfully organized, making it effortless for customers to navigate and locate the information they need. We strive to create comprehensive documentation that covers all relevant aspects, providing customers with a thorough understanding of our products. As a result, we consistently achieve high customer experience scores. These scores demonstrate the success of our efforts in delivering technical documentation that is accurate, well-structured, user-friendly, and comprehensive.

My job allows me to contribute to the overall success of Infineon products by enhancing the usability of products, supporting customer satisfaction, and enabling efficient communication of technical information.

There are several challenges, these include:

  1. Communicating complex concepts and specialized terminology in a clear and understandable manner poses a challenge.
  2. Striking the right balance between providing comprehensive information and ensuring accessibility for customers with varying technical expertise is crucial.
  3. Ensuring documentation remains up to date with product changes, managing version control, and handling a large volume of content is challenging.
  4. Meeting specific regulations and standards applicable to the industry while maintaining clarity and usability requires diligent adherence.
  5. Incorporating customer feedback into documentation to continually enhance its quality while balancing technical accuracy and project timelines is a balancing act.

Overcoming these challenges necessitates effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, and a comprehensive understanding of both the subject matter and the target audience.

I take great pride in the continuous professional growth and development of our team members. Through our robust mentoring and training programs, we have witnessed our staff flourish in their roles, embracing new responsibilities, and making substantial contributions to the department's overall success.
