The Business Excellence (BEX) Department drives digital transformation and innovation at Infineon. It coordinates Infineon’s overarching Digital Agenda with the three fields of action Digital Customer Interfaces, Digital Products & Services and Digital End-to-End Processes. In addition, it supports the Divisions and Functions in achieving profitable growth in various ways. The broad spectrum of BEX teams includes Artificial Intelligence, Agile Ways of Working, Innovation Ecosystems and Startup Co-Innovation, R&D Excellence, Corporate Regulations Management as well as Digitalization, Data & Processes.
My job allows me to work with different people, products and services at Infineon. As an Agile Coach, I am passionate about people, collaboration, innovation and how agile frameworks foster continuous improvement.
Veronika's Story
Empowering others to achieve ambitious results
Veronika started at Infineon Munich in 2017 as a Working Student before going on to write her Masters Thesis with Infineon in 2018 and then becoming a Scrum Master. Since 2022, she uses her skills in her role as an Agile Coach in San Jose to coach teams to overcome strategic and operational changes to work more effectively.

My highlights include launches of products and services, ideation and vision workshops and the organization of the Infineon Makeathon.
My biggest challenge is staying focused and giving my best to be fully present while having several stakeholder and serving their needs.

Additionally, a collaborative workplace with a continous improvement culture.
My job is to turn ideas into projects. It is exciting to drive research projects throughout their whole lifecycle. I bring diverse people together and gain new insights – a job with impact and many opportunities.
Stefan's Story
Adapting quickly to change
Since March 2022, Stefan has been a Senior Project Manager for R&D funding at Infineon in Munich. His focus lies on the planning and coordination of publicly funded research projects. Adaptability, organization talent, and good communication skills are key to his coordination role.

Setting up joint research projects with internal and external partners

I initiated and realized the first publicly funded research project on heat pumps at Infineon. I planned the project based on an internal stakeholder workshop with Infineon employees from four different sites. Large customers along the value chain joined the research project.
