Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for:
    • Orders, order changes (cancellation and rescheduling) and forecast entry into SA
    • Order and forecast confirmation/processing
    • Initiation of shipments
    • Operational EDI handling, including workflows
    • Idoc workflow clearance in SAP
    • Data maintenance, including material determination, substitute, exclusion lists
    • Order and delivery tracking, according to defined criteria
    • Management of consignment concepts: Monitoring of MRP run
    • Consignment stock reconciliation; management of inventory reach and SS(aging);
    • Management of Forecast-based concepts: Prepare report for measuring contractual liabilities regarding forecast change; Scheduling agreement (FC expiry)
    • Incomplete / block order resolution
    • SNP switches and related-preparation
    • Cooperation with Key Users on process & tools anomalies (identify, support problem solving)
  • Support RMA and Return (including FAR): Assess of return request with internal Quality stakeholders; register in SAP QM; Order tracking, 8D completion; monitor system for on time creation of Return Notes; forward return notes to Customer-CLM
  • Perform system table maintenance, such as: Consignment locations and control settings; maintain product master data in SAP
  • Be responsible for the process documentation, first-level process automation (e.g. Macro), the support process standardization and end-to-end process optimization
  • Support Internal Control testing and audit and other audits

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Proven success & experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ERP applications (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment
  • Results driven and solutions oriented
  • The ability to work proactively with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, at all times
  • Determination and are self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
