Job description

In your new role you will:
  • plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments (including DOE’s)
  • specify new single processes together with UPD
  • coordinate frontend processing of development lots (generation of split plans, trial routes, etc.) in local and Asian sites
  • develop new process control structures and electrical characterization of test structures
  • be responsible for the process flow definition (process of records)
  • analyse functional test results, frontend-backend interactions
  • coordinate physical failure analyses
  • be responsible for project management

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferred in semiconductor technology development
  • Project management skills
  • Experience on working with Asian colleagues as a plus
  • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2019). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
