Job description

As a Test Development Engineer for Sensor ASICs, you will work conscientiously on making our consumer products better, faster and more efficient. This position is just tailor made for someone who knows how to work smart and is keen-minded.
In your job you will:
  • Closely cooperate different teams within the division
  • Define test concepts and test strategies for innovative sensor devices
  • Develop optimized production test software for Automatic Test Equipment
  • Develop product specific test hardware
  • Analyze and debug new products on tester
  • Transfer test packages to our worldwide production site

You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. Furthermore, you set yourself ambitious goals, take the initiative and act responsibly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • a university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telematics or comparable
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the test of electronic devices
  • Programming skills (e.g. VBA, C++, etc.)
  • Know-how regarding mixed-signal testing
  • Fluent English skills, German is a strong plus
We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit or EU citizenship is a prerequisite. Our partner offers a payment of 2.851,15 EUR (gross) per month (14 times p.a.) according to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
