Job description

In your new role you will:
  • Switch board & visitors management 
  • Access card and minor assets loan management
  • Badge printing coordination
  • Parking lot management
  • Import/Export shipping arrangement
  • Back up support – purchasing, facilities maintenance, ISO audit, other general administration matters


You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Major in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years in office administration field, therein 3 years’ receptionist experience
  • Proficiency of English including speaking, writing and reading
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player and pleasant personality
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • International trade knowledge in import/export
  • Working experience at multinational company preferred
