Job description

In your new role you will:
  • Promote Power devices, Power MOSFETs, Driver, Controller ICs, Diodes to Japanese customers and gain Design-WINs
  • Develop marketing strategy and implementation plan
  • Implement the strategy and to achieve the target, negotiate and convince the counterpart or other stake holders
  • Drive the business with external business partners (e.g. Design houses, Distributors )
  • Solve various issues/ problems to achieve the target


You are best equipped for this task if you have/are:
  • 半導体業界での3年以上の業務経験(マーケティング、営業、技術営業、FAEのいずれか)
  • 日本語(ネイティブレベル), Japanese (Native Level)
  • 英語(ビジネスレベル、電話会議で意見を述べたり、相手を説得できるレベル)
  • 車載製品顧客とのビジネス経験があれば尚可
  • パワー半導体-MOSFET、Driver、Controller ICの経験があれば尚可
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーションスキル
  • チームワーカー
  • PCスキル(Excel, PowerPoint 等)
