Job description

In your new role will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Drive algorithm development of our state of the art industrial radar and gesture sensors in MATLAB and Python
  • Design and implement highly sophisticated signal processing algorithms for embedded platforms
  • Collaborate with the firmware and hardware team to propose HW-FW architecture designs
  • Coordinate and align algorithm projects with partners and universities
  • Generate and manage Software IP


You like to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and you are the definition of a communicator. You like to work with responsibility and connected freedom in decision making processes. Organizing and coordinating multiple work streams is just common for you. You recognize new opportunities and cooperate across boundaries to pursue them effectively. At the same time you remain aware of the big picture.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • At least 6 years experience within digital signal processing of radar sensors
  • Excellent RF and radar theory background and experience in radar systems engineering - circuits design is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of FMCW radar principles, estimation and target tracking algorithms as well as radar waveform design
  • Profound knowledge in Matlab and Python - knowledge of C/C++ implementation language is a plus
  • Good knowledge of probability theory and linear algebra
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and track project activities
  • Excellent English communication skills, German language skill is a plus
