Job description

In your new role you will:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in key accounts
  • Develop sales strategies and execute business plans for key accounts (LG automotive businesses)
  • Understand customer business pain points and KPIs and make it easy for customers to meet their objectives by offering the best-fit solutions
  • Actively manage customer relationship to establish broad and deep engagements at key accounts
  • Continuously generate strong pipelines which support to achieve target revenue and design wins
  • Orchestrate internal/external resources with account ownership to achieve win-win situations to all parties
  • Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on time (e.g. monthly sales forecast, quote, sales contract, etc.)


You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical degree
  • Minimum 7 years work experience in the semiconductor industry as a Sales, Marketing or Field Application Engineer (related to LG accounts is a plus)
  • Customer oriented and the ability to establish and maintain a high degree of personal credibility and respect with customers
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent management, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Korea, along with strong presentation skills
