Job description

  • Achieve yearly Revenue and D Win goals for Direct Accounts
  • Ensure regular accurate
    forecasting of Direct accounts business within IFX
  • Regularly monitor and grow share of IFX business within Direct Accounts Vs competition
  • Drive revenue growth with key global accounts in North Region [ Schneider, Osram, Philips & Shivalik
  • Work closely with West region distribution teams driving development initiatives, mass market business growth, new accounts development, resource training etc
  • Plan & Execute market development programs with regional IDHs , University partners, EMSI and other ecosystem partners
  • Conduct regular market analysis, Drive specific business development initiatives & key segment initiatives for North region
  • Work collaboratively with Field Application team supporting key projects in the region, and other internal team members for effective customer support and development
  • Quantitative measurements in goals :
    Revenue, D Wins, market share Qualitative measurements for development initiatives and goals ( Business development, Partnership ecosystem
    development, others )


  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. Post graduation in management studies will be advantage
  • 5 years – 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in Semiconductor / Electronics / Electrical industry. Experience in working in Account Management Role will be advantageous.
  • Sales and customer management skills.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor / electronics industry in India, west region customers will be advantage. Knowledge on key segments – UPS/Inverter /Telecom Power Supply/ Lighting
  • Customer focus, Team Player, Self initiative in driving the business , Adaptive and flexible in approach, Willing to learn
