Job description

As a Customer Logistics Management Representative you will be part of one of the teams that is the regional focal point for EMEA Customer Logistics Management. They will be responsible for the demand fulfillment and logistics management for a specifically assigned customer portfolio.

In your new role you will:
  • Handle all customer order management requirements considering customer needs balancing this against Infineon capabilities, implemented logistics concepts and legal requirements.
  • Retain customers by being the first point of contact for all demand fulfillment topics.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by utilizing outstanding communication techniques.
  • Build and maintain cooperation with Infineon internal partners, providing value-add information and services.
  • Ensure on time delivery to customers based on orders and forecasts to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Strive for continuous improvement/optimization of customer logistics topics (processes, tools, concepts) aligned to Infineon’s business strategies and objectives.
  • Manage advanced supply chain concepts.


You think analytically and result-oriented, have a structured and self-driven working style and a strong customer orientation. You demonstrate high quality standards for yourself and other people and generate value with your ideas and solutions. You are able to quickly establish successful cooperation within the team and to other teams and accept responsibility.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Bachelors’ degree in Linguistics, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent degree.
  • Proven success and experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Customer Related Environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP applications would be an advantage.
  • Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in the required languages.
