Single-module battery below 60V
Single-module batteries below 60V are typically used for within e.g. in drones or power tools. Infineon offers an excellent selection of devices for power management and consumption, as well as voltage regulation – such as power MOSFETs (e.g. CoolMOS™ and OptiMOS™), microcontrollers, EiceDRIVER™ gate drivers, and more.

In this setup, all cells are integrated into the same mechanical housing. Due to the lower voltage, no extra isolation efforts have to be taken and the cell management controller(s) at the individual cells can be directly connected to the overall battery management controller.
