International Rectifier to Showcase Latest Power Management Solutions at TECHNO-FRONTIER 2014

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. - International Rectifier, IR® (NYSE: IRF), a world leader in power management technology, today announced the company will showcase its latest power management solutions at the TECHNO-FRONTIER exhibition which is being held at the Tokyo Big Sight, Japan from July 23-25, 2014.

Located at Booth 1C-201, East Hall, IR will feature a wide range of innovative products and platforms including IR's next-generation µIPM™, µIPM™-DiP and Gen2 IRAM power modules for energy-efficient light industrial and appliance applications. There will be demonstrations of IR's GaN-based platform and displays of GaNpowIR®. In addition, the company will showcase its latest benchmark MOSFETs, IGBTs and high-voltage ICs for a wide range of applications including automotive, motor control and Class D audio. IR will also present a new digital solution that leverages the PMBus interface to simplify control and telemetry for high performance multiphase DC-DC converters.
