International Rectifier to Showcase Latest Power Management Solutions at TECHNO-FRONTIER 2011

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — International Rectifier, IR® (NYSE: IRF), a world leader in power management technology, today announced the company will showcase its latest power management solutions at the TECHNO-FRONTIER exhibition which is being held at the Tokyo Big Sight, Japan from July 20-22, 2011.

Located at Booth 3W-106, IR will feature a wide range of innovative products and platforms including the company's GaN-based power device platform, GaNpowIR®. Additionally, the company's complete end-to-end solutions for DC-DC applications will be on display featuring CHiL® digital controllers, PowIRstage® and DirectFET® devices and SupIRBuck® family of integrated voltage regulators. IR's benchmark MOSFETs, IGBTs and high-voltage ICs for a diverse range of energy efficient applications including automotive, Class D, lighting and motor control applications will also be featured.
