2021

Mr. Lee Chee Hong, Managing Director Infineon Melaka, received the Gold Award for being the most people-focused CEO and Infineon Malaysia was recognized as an excellent workplace in terms of well-being. Mr. Victor Lim was awarded with Bronze as Young HR Talent of the Year.

For 3 consecutive years now, Infineon is ranked as one of the TOP 5 of the “Financial Times Diversity Leaders” –  out of 850 companies in 16 European countries. This time, Infineon achieved a great 3rd place. The Financial Times and the independent market research institute Statista recognize the dedication and accomplishments of organizations from all industry sectors in promoting diversity and inclusion across Europe. More than 100,000 Employees used the opportunity to evaluate their employers but also other companies in different diversity disciplines. 

2020

The German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK) awarded Infineon the title of “Reliable Employer”. The chamber awards this title to companies that take care of the working and living conditions of their employees in an exemplary manner. The Reliable Employer award is intended to draw the attention of companies to the importance of good working conditions and at the same time make winning companies more visible and attractive to current and future employees.

Legacy Cypress India has been featured on the prestigious list of 100 Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) for five consecutive years now. The survey is conducted by Working Mother magazine & Avtar, India's premier Diversity and Inclusion solutions firm.

In a representative survey of 15,000 students in Germany, Infineon received the Students’ Choice Award by Studitemps in the category “Equal Rights / Equal Opportunities”. Studitemps, a personnel services company, which focuses on the placement of students, graduates and young professionals, conducts the Students' Choice Award survey together with Maastricht University.

Glassdoor awarded Infineon second place as “Best Employer 2020” for the second year in a row. Glassdoor presented the annual Employee Satisfaction Award in Germany for the fifth time. “Best Employer 2020” is not based on a self-assessment by companies, but on feedback from employees.

The General German Bicycle Club (ADFC) awarded Infineon Dresden the highest possible level, “Gold”, for its EU-wide certification as a cycle-friendly employer.

Infineon Kulim won the National Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Award for excellent achievements in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This is the second time Infineon Kulim has won this award.
