The KP465 is a high-precision miniaturized digital absolute pressure sensor using a capacitive sensing principle. It converts pressure into a 10-, 12- or 14-bit digital value transmitted via SPI interface and integrates an on-chip temperature sensor. It also features a Power-Down Mode for reduced power consumption and integrated diagnostics for sensor and signal path testing, triggered via SPI command for added reliability.
