TLE4922-XIN-F
Überblick
XENSIV(TM) - TLE4922 active mono cell Hall speed sensor for 2-wheeler and automotive applications
The Infineon XENSIVTM TLE4922 is an active mono cell Hall sensor ideally suited for detecting the motion and position of ferromagnetic and permanent magnet structures. An additional self-calibration module has been implemented to achieve optimum accuracy during normal running operation. There are two different types of our TLE4922 available, the TLE4922-XAN and the TLE4922-XIN version. Both types have passed qualification at Tj=155°C. The difference of both devices consists in their field of usage and the duration of the qualification run.
- TLE4922-XAN type has passed 2000 hour qualification run and is suited for speed measurements in 2-wheeler application with a supply voltage of 9V
- TLE4922-XIN has passed 5000 hour qualification run being suitable for 12V automotive application
