General Purpose LNAs
Infineon’s portfolio of wideband LNAs include BGA devices that are matched, general-purpose broadband MMIC driver amplifiers in a Darlington configuration. The excellent performance, enabled by Infineon’s 70 GHz B7HF Silicon Germanium (SiGe) technology, combined with reduced external component count and ease of use make them an ideal choice for a wide variety of RF applications up to 2.5 GHz.
Infineon’s range of BGB devices are low power consumption general-purpose MMIC wideband LNA design with integrated ESD protection and active biasing in a very small package. They are as flexible as a discrete transistor and offers numerous integrated features for smaller and thinner mobile device designs. Enabled by Infineon’s leading SiGe technology, the MMIC LNAs help to significantly enhance the sensitivity of the mobile RF front-end via a compact, low power frontend circuit.
