Multi Half-Bridge ICs

The products include the complete driver and output stage and are designed to drive small DC motors in various automotive applications. Depending on the output configuration sequential or parallel driving of several motors is possible. All products are equipped with diagnostic and proctection features and offer overcurrent and over temperature protection as well as over and under voltage lockout.

Infineon´s multi half bridge ICs can be used in various automotive applications, such as HVAC controle modules or decentralized mirror modules.
