The OptiMOS™ 3 power MOSFET portfolio encompasses voltage ranges from 30 V to 300 V.
The portfolio includes optimized technologies, such as the OptiMOS™ 3 Fast Diode (FD) for hard switching applications, the OptiMOS™ 3 Linear FET for wide SOA and the OptiMOS™ 3 M series for 5 V drive applications.
The OptiMOS™ 3 power MOSFET family is available in a wide portfolio of package options to meet all of your design requirements.
Packages include PQFN 3.3x3.3, SO-8, SuperSO8 5x6, DPAK, D2PAK, D2PAK-7 pin, TOLL, TOLG, TO-220, TO-220 FullPAK and DirectFET™.
