On request you receive suitable optical fibers and laser diodes for our light-triggered thyristors

The Laser Diode and Light Fibers are designed for our Light Triggered Thyristors (LTT) with disc housing as well as for our whole thyristor module portfolio. Our Laser Diode matches the whole LTT portfolio. Optical fibers are applicable for all environments like oil, water and air.

Gate leads are designed for Infineon’s Electrically Triggered Thyristors (ETT) with disc housing as well as for our whole thyristor module portfolio. The gate leads connect the semiconductor with the trigger unit. Our Laser Diode matches the whole LTT portfolio. Optical fibers are applicable for all environments like oil, water and air.

Eco Block in pressure contact technology
