Technical accessories like clamps, gate leads, optical fibers and laser diodes for light-triggered thyristors

Gate leads are designed for Infineon’s Electrically Triggered Thyristors (ETT) with disc housing as well as for our whole thyristor module portfolio. The gate leads connect the semiconductor with the trigger unit. Our Laser Diode matches the whole LTT portfolio. Optical fibers are applicable for all environments like oil, water and air.

Eco Block in pressure contact technology

In order to serve the demand for cost improvement for larger modules Infineon Technologies Bipolar has completely redesigned their 60 mm modules in Pressure Contact (PC) technology.

Power Start Modules

Main benefit of the new designed power start modules for soft-start applications is their high current capability in a compact design (LxWxH 134x55x100) and double side cooling for low thermal resistance.

Eco Block Modules in solder bond

With these 20mm, 34mm & 50mm Eco Block modules in solder bond technology we expand our comprehensive power module portfolio which, so far, was only using pressure contacts. Solder bond technology addresses the specific requirements of cost-effective applications.

Power Stacks - Optimized solutions
