PROFET™(PROtected FET)系列器件高度集成,具备电路诊断及保护等多种智能特性。PROFET™智能功率开关由DMOS功率晶体管和COMS逻辑电路构成,可实现全面的内置保护。

SPIDER——最小巧的高/低边开关

 

SPIDER是指用于增强型继电器控制的SPI驱动器(SPI Driver for Enhanced Relay control)。该系列产品是目前市面上最小巧的继电器驱动器,功能和封装都极具创新性。

 

SPIDER集成多通道开关系列由英飞凌专为小型负载控制设计,有多种不同的配置供您选择。这些小型负载应用主要包括继电器、 LED和小型电机等。

 

具体说来,整个系列可以根据导通电阻、封装形式和功能组合进行进一步细分。SPIDER系列低边开关可选择配置4通道或8通道,而高/低边开关均配置8通道。

 

除了通道数量和电流密度可根据您的需要进行配置,SPIDER开关还提供灵活多样的增强功能供您选择,如用于PWM、跛行回家和低压起动的串行输入功能。

SPOC是一种多通道的智能高边功率开关,提供内嵌的保护及诊断功能。SPOC开关专为车载应用中的标准外部照明及LED等效负载设计,但也可用于供暖、电机驱动或配电等其它汽车或工业应用。

 

SPOC开关最独特的卖点在于系列内部产品的针脚、功能和封装兼容性,及其用相同元件(SPOC-DUO系列除外)驱动灯泡和 LED的能力。这样,仅需一块PCB板,客户便能开发出一整个模块化且可扩展的平台。

 

配置和诊断数据可通过SPI接口进行读取和使用。另外,对每一个经数据选择器路由到诊断引脚的通道,相应的电流检测数据也能用于用户定义的其他功能。

HITFET, TEMPFET——智能低边开关

 

TEMPFET:TEMPFET®的面市标志着我们开启了英飞凌智能低边功率开关的时代。TEMPFET®是指有过温保护的FET开关(temperature protected FET-switches)。它们的控制方式和其它分立式FET器件一样,却具备了过温保护功能。TEMPFET®系列器件的独特之处在于其嵌在标准 MOSFET顶部的温度传感器。此传感器有晶闸管的功能,会在温度过高时被触发。早在经典版本的TEMPFET®中,温度传感器就已从电路内部连接在了MOSFET的栅极和源极之间。如若温度过高,该温度传感器会使栅极和源极短接,从而关断MOSFET。这种设计理念需要一只串联栅极电阻来保护内部的晶闸管,因此经典TEMPFET®器件仅能用于低速开关应用。而新一代的快速TEMPFET®产品系列则克服了这一限制,使温度传感器可以与外部电路相连。这样一来,一方面用户可以自行定义快速TEMPFET®在过温的情况下如何反应,另一方面该开关的使用范围也扩大至快速切换的PWM应用。若需经典TEMPFET®器件提供短路保护,还应对栅极和源极间的最大电压进行限制。

ISOFACE™ ISO1H8xxG产品系列为微控制器与功率开关、总线ASIC与功率开关之间提供了稳健且智能的电隔离接口。它们8通道的高边开关可以驱动任何阻性、感性和容性负载。

 

ISOFACE™系列高边开关集成了稳健的电流隔离机制(UL508 和 EN 61131-2 认证)。典型工业应用的处理端电压高达24V,同时开关的8个通道每个载流都可达1.2A,电流隔离正是要在这种情形下保护3.3V/5V的工业控制系统。另外,该系列还有许多附属功能,例如有功电流限制、过温保护及针对过温和阱偏置电压欠压的常规诊断反馈。这些功能使得ISOFACE™系列产品成为工业自动系统的理想选择。
