AUIRL7736M2 结合最新的汽车 HEXFET® 功率 MOSFET 硅技术和先进的 DirectFET® 封装技术,实现优异性能,封装仅为 SO-8 或 5X6mm PQFN,外形仅 0.7mm。DirectFET® 封装兼容电源应用、PCB 装配设备和蒸汽相、红外线或对流焊接技术中所使用的现有布局几何形状,随附应用说明 AN-1035 提供制造方法和工艺相关信息。DirectFET® 封装支持双侧冷却,大幅降低汽车电源系统中的热传递。
