EiceDRIVER™ 600 V full-bridge Gate Driver IC with typical 0.18 A source and 0.26 A sink currents in 14-Lead SOIC package for IGBTs and MOSFETs. Also available in 14-Lead PDIP. It also includes latched and non-latched shutdown pins.
