The S25HS512TDPNHM013 is an automotive-qualified SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory from Infineon. With a 512 Mbit density and Quad SPI interface enabling 66 MByte/s bandwidth, this memory operates on 1.8 V. Its interface frequency ranges between 66 MHz (DDR) to 133 MHz (SDR). Notably, it comes in the PG-WSON-8 package and complies with ISO 26262 standards.
