The HybridPACK™ Drive G2 gate driver board is compatible to all HybridPACK™ Drive SI G2 1200V modules, for all modules FSxxxxR12A7P1xx & FSxxxxR12A8P1xx. It supports Onchip Tempsense with latest Infineon EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI3025AS. It is prepared for Swoboda/IFX Motor Phase Current Sensor.
