DEMO_MTR_72V200A_GAN Low-voltage motor drive design showcasing highly paralleled CoolGaN™ Transistors
综述
DEMO_MTR_72V200A_GaN is designed for low-voltage inverter applications up to 72 V and 200 ARMS motor phase current. It features 96 CoolGaN™ Transistors 120 V G3 in a half-bridge configuration. All the transistors in parallel are driven by an EiceDRIVER™ 1EDN7116U gate driver, and the output phase current is sensed by a XENSIV™ TLE4972 magnetic current sensor.
It demonstrates the high power densities achievable within a size of 135 mm x 90mm.
