Looking forward – your first few months at Infineon Austria
Infineon Austria creates individualised initiation plans which are implemented in a targeted manner by new employees together with their managers over their first few months. These technical measures are complemented by company-wide information events which convey the central values of Infineon Austria and clarify the company’s global strategy.
In the course of the first three months, all new entrants will be personally welcomed by a member of the Management Board or the extended Management Board in the context of a Welcome Day. Building on your initial experiences in the company, at this event you can get to know more about the Infineon Austria strategy, the “Infineon Compass”, the company values and behavioural dimensions. You will also gain a good overview of central company divisions and services provided by Infineon Austria, which are constantly expanding the quality of the working environments.
This event too offers a pleasant framework for further expanding your personal Infineon network. You will receive your invitation to the Welcome Day in due course from the training and development team within the personnel department.
