At our sites in Villach, Klagenfurt, Graz and Linz, interested pupils and students can get to know the daily business of a globally active company at first hand: we offer them the opportunity of both part-time and full-time internships, which can be taken up at any time during the year on an individual basis. Infineon Austria also offers holiday placements, which take place exclusively during the summer holidays. These extend across all areas of the company – from the research labs and warehouse to production and many other areas. A summer job placement in our continuous shift operations in production offers young people a chance of acquiring their first professional experience in our innovation factory while they are still in education. Infineon Austria also offers young students the opportunity of writing their degree dissertation or Master’s thesis with and at Infineon.

The four year double-apprenticeship training in the field of mechatronics and electrical engineering is a high-quality education with multiple perspectives. “Lehre mit Matura” is also possible.
