Since pullup and pulldown curves were simulation based, the clamp simulation data, and not the clamp silicon data, was subtracted from the pullup/pulldown curves. Silicon Model Information ------------------------- **All silicon based measurements were performed on TYPICAL silicon. MIN and MAX values represent +/-20% of the TYPICAL silicon measurement**** ONLY the ground and power clamps have been replaced with silicon measurements. Pullup and Pulldown curves still have the simulation based clamp data in them "however," clamp regions will not be reached during normal pullup and pulldown operation. Pullup and Pulldown numbers were compared with silicon measurements for the normal operating region and found to be close enough to justify leaving the simulation results. QUESTIONS?
