The small signal MOSFETs portfolio is composed of small signal N-channel MOSFETS and small signal P-channel MOSFETs which are also known as small signal PMOS and small signal NMOS. These small signal MOSFETs offer a wide range of drain-source on resistance (R(DS)on) values and voltage classes. Infineon’s small signal and small power transistors have a maximum power dissipation of 2 watts or less.
