Our serial interface security controller portfolio has several sophisticated controller architectures supporting a applications as diverse as (e)SIM, government and digital ID, TPM, cryptographic toolbox, USB tokens, etc. These architectures range from a 16-bit architecture based on the MCS®251 instruction set to high-performance 32-bit Arm® core-based CPUs, enhanced with Infineon Technologies’ cache and security technologies.
