TRAVEO™ T1G S6J351C MCU family offers 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®-R5F core, running at speeds up to 132 MHz. These MCUs are characterized by high performance, 2 MB of high-density embedded flash, and four channels of CAN FD interface for body control applications. In addition, they provide ASIL-B support for ISO 26262 specifications and feature CMOS AVB, CAN FD, and secure hardware extension (SHE) for security functions.

TRAVEO™ T1G S6J351C MCU family comprises 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®- R5F core capable of operating at speeds up to 132 MHz. These microcontrollers come with high performance, 2 MB of high-density embedded flash, and four channels of CAN FD interface for body control applications. They also offer state-of-the-art real-time performance, safety, and security features that enable manufacturers to take advantage of lower overall system costs while meeting the increasing performance and quality requirements of automotive applications. In addition, the TRAVEO™ T1G S6J351C MCUs are equipped with SHE (HIS SHE specification version 1.1) for security functions. The TRAVEO™ T1G S6J351C series further includes a variety of packages and memory size variants, allowing manufacturers to select the most suitable microcontroller specifications from the rich lineup.
