About TRAVEO™ T1G S6J342x microcontrollers
TRAVEO™ T1G S6J342x MCU family comprises 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core that operates at speeds up to 132 MHz with high performance and offers 1 MB of flash memory. These MCUs provide high code density and fast interrupt response times required for real-time applications. Furthermore, this embedded device enables next-generation functions such as a controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD) and an eSHE security module. Power supply management involves many different power rails, which makes power supply design a critical task when trying to consider size, cost, and efficiency. Infineon's safety-based MCU solutions are certified for use in systems that need to achieve the IEC 61508 SIL-3 safety level.
While we maintain the longevity of the products for the automotive industry, the products listed on this page are not recommended for new designs.
