TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family S6J335x is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core, running at speeds up to 240 MHz. It includes high performance, up to 4 MB of high-density, 8 CAN FD, and Ethernet AVB for gateway control. The microcontroller also supports the latest in-car networks and offers high-performance graphics engines optimized for a min. memory footprint. TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family S6J335x features 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®- R5F core and operates up to 240 MHz. This microcontroller comes with high performance, a maximum of 4 MB of high-density, eight-channel CAN FD, and Ethernet AVB for gateway control. This family offers state-of-the-art real-time performance, safety, and security features. In addition, this microcontroller offers support for the HYPERBUS™ memory interface, a breakthrough that dramatically improves read performance while reducing the number of pins. This microcontroller comes with Ethernet AVB, CAN-FD, a high-speed communication protocol compatible with the conventional CAN, and SHE as a security function. The S6J335x series has a lot of lineups. The suitable specification microcontroller can be selected from the rich lineup.

TRAVEO™ T1G S6J335x series for automotive body control, gateway
S6J335x series incorporates the high-performance CAN FD interface for enhanced in-vehicle networking. The product series is focused on various automotive applications including body control modules (BCM), heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). In addition to the CAN FD interface operating at 5 Mbps, it also features SHE for network security and improved performance for connected cars, as well as an advanced partial wakeup for lowering power consumption.
