TRAVEO™ T1G S6J32xEy offers 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core, running at speeds up to 240 MHz. These MCUs incorporate efficient 2D graphics engines with advanced features for memory savings, safety, and high image quality. They support dual HyperBus™ memory interfaces that improve read performance while reducing pin count. In addition, TRAVEO™ T1G S6J32xEy features Ethernet AVB, CAN FD, and SHE for security functions.

TRAVEO™ T1G S6J32xEy MCU family comprises 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core capable of operating at speeds up to 240 MHz. These microcontrollers incorporate highly efficient 2D graphics engines with advanced feature sets that optimize memory usage, enhance safety, and ensure high image quality.
