ISO 26262 compliance for automotive safety
Automotive applications use external NOR flash memories in safety-critical applications such as ADAS for storing critical code, data, and graphics that must be read at system power-up or during operation. The SEMPER™ NOR flash family is architected and designed to meet the automotive industry’s ISO 26262 functional safety standard for building fail-safe embedded systems. The family is AEC-Q100 automotive-qualified, ASIL-B compliant, and ASIL-D ready.
