Embedded Power ICs based on Arm® Cortex®-M integrate on single die the 32-bit microcontroller, the non-volatile flash memory, the analog and mixed signal peripherals, the communication interfaces along with the driving stages needed for either relay, half-bridge or full-bridge DC and BLDC motor applications.
Bridge Driver with a current controlled output stage, flexible charge- and discharge current settings and several diagnostic functions allow optimizing your system with our Embedded Power ICs. These highly integrated products save space and energy, improve the overall system reliability through advanced diagnosis features and reduce the overall cost due to a minimum number of components. The MOTIX™ 32-bit motor control SoC families allow driving of relays and MOSFETs at VBatt ≥ 6 V without external components, providing a very cost effective solution on a system level.

Relay Driver IC with Integrated Arm® Cortex® M0
The TLE984x family is mainly addressing body and comfort applications such as sunroof and window lift. Our platform solution for size- and weight-optimized relay-based motor control solutions offers scalability in terms of flash memory size and MCU system clock frequency with pin-compatible devices.
Half-Bridge Driver IC with Integrated Arm® Cortex® M0
For single-phase applications like engine cooling fan, HVAC blower or auxiliary water pumps, dedicated variants within the TLE984x (with PN-Halfbridge) and TLE985x (with NN-Halfbaridge) can be used to achieve a cost-efficient solution and saving PCB space due to the high integration.
H-Bridge Driver with Integrated Arm® Cortex® M0
Infineon`s cost efficient H-Bridge Driver IC with Integrated Arm® Cortex® M0 is optimized for automotive applications like sunroof, window lift, power lift gates and pumps. It enables optimization of the system concerning EME (electro-magnetic emissions, slow slew rates) as well as power dissipation (short dead times) simultaneously through adaptive MOSFET driver.
H-Bridge Driver with Integrated Arm® Cortex® M3
Supporting the transition from relay-based towards solid-state solutions the TLE986x family is the perfect fit for applications such as wiper, sunroof or window lift. It offers scalability in terms of flash memory size, MCU system clock frequency and temperature ranges supporting a wide range of motor control algorithms. The configurable MOSFET driver simplifies the EMC design. In addition the H-Bridge Driver IC family is pin- and software compatible to our 3-phase Bridge Driver IC family supporting a platform approach for both DC and BLDC applications.
3-Phase Bridge Driver with Integrated Arm® Cortex® M3
The TLE987x family addresses BLDC applications up to 1kW such as engine cooling fan, HVAC blower or auxiliary pumps (e.g. oil, water and fuel pump). Besides the Automotive target applications also power tools, drones and other industrial BLDC applications.
It offers scalability in terms of flash memory size, MCU system clock frequency and temperature ranges supporting a wide range of motor control algorithms, either sensor-based or sensor-less. The 3-Phase Bridge Driver IC family is pin- and software compatible to our H-Bridge Driver IC family supporting a platform approach for both DC and BLDC applications.
