The 80V DC-DC LED driver IC ILD8150/ILD8150E features an innovative hybrid dimming mode technology for achieving 0.5% of the target current. With its supply voltage range up to 80V DC, the LED driver IC provides a high safety voltage margin for applications operating close to safe extra-low voltage (SELV) limits. The driver IC is ideally suited for general and professional LED lighting applications with high dimming requirements.
With the feature-rich ILD6150/ILD6070 LED driver ICs Infineon provides highly integrated LED buck drivers for medium to high power LEDs with a breakdown voltage of 60V and smart configurable thermal protection.
The 80V DC-DC LED driver ICs ILD8150/ILD8150E feature an innovative hybrid dimming mode to achieve 0.5% of the target current. With a supply voltage range up to 80VDC, these DC to DC LED driver ICs provide a high safety voltage margin for lighting applications operating close to safe extra-low voltage (SELV) limits.
