EZ-PD™ CCG6DF/CCG6SF USB-C power delivery solutions with integrated VBUS provider load switch
EZ-PD™ CCG6DF and EZ-PD™ CCG6SF are Infineon's dual-port and single-port USB-C and Power Delivery controllers targeting PCs and notebooks. They integrate a VBUS provider path load switch controller along with USB authentication support, VBUS-to-CC short protection, VBUS-to-SBU short protection, 20 V-VBUS regulator, high-voltage NFET gate drivers for VBUS consumer path, SBU pass-through and USB HS mux.
EZ-PD™ CCG6DF and EZ-PD™ CCG6SF support Dual Role Port (DRP) and fully support the Power Delivery 3.0 specification. They are a programmable solution with 64 KB Flash and 96 KB ROM, supporting fail-safe boot up and firmware upgrade.
