J.B. Loire was named President of Infineon Technologies North America in October 2008. Loire had been General Manager of the Communication Solutions Business Group since March 2006 and Vice President of the Communication group of Infineon since June 2005. Prior to this position, Loire was head of NAFTA sales since moving to the U.S. in 2004. Before his role at Infineon, he headed worldwide distribution, EMA and mass marketing at Siemens Semiconductors in 1998. After three years in that role, he was made responsible of the worldwide wireline marketing group in 2001. Prior to joining Infineon and Siemens, Loire held sales management positions at both Alcatel and at Texas Instruments. He holds a degree in Economics from Paris University. |
Andrew Prillwitz

Andrew Prillwitz has been with Infineon Technologies since 2004, and was named Chief Financial Officer and member of the Infineon Technologies North America Board of Directors effective January 1, 2009. Previously, Mr. Prillwitz worked as a Vice President in the Reporting, Planning and Controlling department of Infineon Technologies AG in Munich, with principal responsibility for group financial reporting and accounting policy. Before joining Infineon, he was a Director in the U.S. Global Capital Markets Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, based out of New York and Frankfurt, where he held technical accounting oversight roles of increasing responsibility at some of the largest 100 international companies. Mr. Prillwitz started his professional career in the Miami audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Florida International University in 1993 and 1994, respectively. |
