Infineon’s P-Channel Power MOSFETs

Infineon’s highly innovative OptiMOS™ families include p-channel power MOSFETs as well as n-channel power MOSFETs. These products consistently meet the highest quality and performance demands in key specifications for power system design such as on-state resistance and Figure of Merit characteristics. OptiMOS™ is the market leader in highly efficient solutions for power generation (e.g. solar micro inverter), power supply (e.g. server and telecom) and power consumption (e.g. electric vehicle).
P-channel power MOSFETs are suitable for mobile and portable applications, where access to a power cable is restricted (notebooks, mobile phones, handhelds, video cameras, etc). In addition p-channel power MOSFETs are avalanche-rated, making them suitable for the most rugged environments. All p-channel power MOSFETs in small signal packages are AEC Q101-qualified and therefore suitable for automotive applications.
Designers face the challenge of aligning growing power demand, higher efficiency and lower cost. At the same time, available space is constantly shrinking, leading to higher power density requirements. Infineon’s p-channel power MOSFETs are optimized for these requirements and
represent the perfect solution for applications such as automotive,

P-channel power MOSFETs are available in industry standard packages such as TO-220, DPAK, D2PAK, SO8, Super SO8, SOT-223, TSOP6, SC-59, SOT-23, SOT-323 and SOT-363.
