• First qualified product for -40 to +105°C
• Very robust cell concept leading to up to 500k cycles (with optimized programmed code up to16 million cycles)
• Resistance for hard environmental conditions such as vibration or humidity achieving over 10 years of lifetime and 10 years data retention at 105°C
• Not only a hardware solution, but also including optimized package solutions, e.g. tiny standard surface mount module VQFN with 8 pin
