Health Management
We actively support workplace health promotion and aim to reduce health-related absenteeism.
We offer and support a variety of activities and programs such as:
- Health check-ups, including special tests, for example thyroid screening
- A diverse sport and fitness program
- Information sessions and seminars for health and for accident prevention
- Activities to promote a balanced diet
- Regular blood donation drives at the majority of Infineon sites
Innovations
Our aim is to attract, recruit, promote and develop the right talents to ensure leading-edge competitive research, development, and production in our demanding and fast-moving industry.
We established creative career and talent management programs such as our Technical Ladder Career with dedicated focus activities for Infineon Technologies’ technical work force.

Learning Community
A variety of educational and vocational activities are designed to training and skill development for present and future workers.

- Internships for summer students
- “ Student MemberChip Program” for top undergraduate students and for Ph.D. students
- “University Relations” activities at leading universities across those countries where Infineon has a major presence
- Active participation in Girl’s Day activities to attract young people to science and engineering
- “Young Professionals Program” to promote former top apprentices who have decided not to go to university
