The BTF6070-2ERV is a 60mΩ dual channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in
a PG-TDSO-14, Exposed Pad package, providing protective functions and diagnosis.
The power transistor is built by a N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump.
The device is integrated in Smart6 HV technology. It is specially designed to drive Valve
Applications in the harsh automotive environment. For lighting applications the nominal
bulb load of P10W+P5W 24V or P10W 12V is considered.

The BTT3018EJ is a 16 mΩ single channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch within a PG-TDSO-8
expoased package providing embedded protective functions. The power transistor is built by
a N-channel vertical power MOSFET. The BTT3018EJ is monolithically integrated.
The BTT3018EJ is automotive qualified and is optimized for 24 V automotive applications.
