The implemented integrated BTN8982TA NovalithIC™ half bridges can be controlled by a PWM via the IN Pin. is equipped with three PROtected high-side power MOSFETs out of the PROFET™+ 24V family – Infineon’s protected high-side switches (BTT6xxx) driving resistive,capacitive as well as inductive loads (e.g. truck bulbs, car bulbs, valves, motors, relays, capacitors, LEDs).
