Infineon products defined as halogen-free meet the following requirements according to IEC 61249-2-21:

<900 ppm Chlorine
<900 ppm Bromine
<1500 ppm total amount of Chlorine and Bromine

In addition all halogen-free products contain < 500 ppm of Antimony Trioxide
