Infineon voltage trackers, focus on TLE 4250-2G 50 mA voltage tracking regulator

Infineon provides a wide range of voltage trackers with currents up to 400 mA. The TLE 425x portfolio has been expanded with the TLE 4254G (70 mA), the
TLE 4253G (250mA ) and the TLE 4250-2G (50 mA). The TLE 4250-2G, successor to the high-runner TLE 4250G, is a low dropout voltage tracker. This device is especially designed for supplying off-board loads like sensors. Compared to the previous version, the control loop of the TLE 4250-2G is optimized for the use with a ceramic output capacitor. The TLE 4250-2 can be switched to stand-by mode to minimize the current consumption. The device is delivered in the board space saving PG-SCT-595 with excellent thermal resistance. It is equipped with outstanding protection functions like overload, overtemperature, reverse polarity, and short circuit to ground. Unlike voltage regulators, the outputs of all Infineon trackers are also protected against short circuits to battery.
