TM-T 100 V technology. The 100 V Trench MOSFET portfolio includes the 100 A, 5mΩ D2PAK and the 70 A, 12mΩ DPAK. The 100 V OptiMOS
TM-T products include robust package and automotive excellence to ensure the quality and reliability customers expect from Infineon.
